Please Rito

With the My Shop being adjusted since it's not choosing the correct champs for people, a small town boy has but one request from the All Mighty Rito Gods. Once Thresh goes on sale, I will be selling my weeks worth of rations to buy him. I know he will be too new for the my shop sale. And I'll probably get him too late. So please Rito, is there anyway you can include a Thresh skin in my sale? And let me sell me only pair of shoes to buy it, and let me keep it as a hextech shard for when I do get him. This small town boy would be forever grateful.
