Free champion and skin day?

I think that we should have one day where all the skins & or champions are unlocked. It would be a fantastic time to try out any champions that you havent played and check out any skins that your interested in buying. But just for one day like maybe every month or so.

other mobas have done stuff like this, but seeing how old league is and the amount of content, i just dont see that happen. especially since that would be one day where they will have basically zero income coming into them and thats always bad for business!
