I'm hoping these are flukes . . .

Two games so far on new servers with lots of ping spikes/screen freezing/teleporting. The stable ping itself is completely fine with it sitting around 65ish, but I'll spike every two minutes or so to 150 - 400 for a few seconds.

They said ping spikes should be less frequent now (with these being WAY more than I used to get) so I'm hoping it's just because it's the first day or maybe my internet is just being weird coincidentally today. But if that ends up not being the case, this will get a little annoying :(.
