Temporary Soution to DC problem

With the hundreds of post on the forums about this issue with 0 riot employees reply; I have came up with a temporary suggestion until riot can fix this problem. Myself as well as thousands of other lol player (mainly east coast) are being punished by the leaver buster system due to this. So why not just deactivate leaver buster for team builder so we can play there? Custom games do not really cut it especially when you have not many friends to play with so you get no ip.
