Honor Rules for the coming champ release.

Okay so when a new champ/rework comes to live servers there is this period of usually one week where that champ is a pick or ban. If you play blind pick its an insta-dodge if the person doesn't get the champion/rework. It gets really frustrating to get in queues and to know that there will be a good 30 to 40 mins wasted on dodges. SO PLEASE I know you want to play the new Champion but so does everyone so if you don't get them please don't dodge. Let someone play them and hopefully when you get to play that new Champ those people will return the favor.

As for bans... well I would say during week one of the release don't ban them. Banning them doesn't help you. Learn to play against the champ instead of trying to avoid the issue, you will have to fight them at some point anyways. After the first week if they're super broke sure, ban but please let people try the champ out. They'll probably suck at them and give you a free lane.
