I submitted this to the CCOS: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/AjnkgRjI-ccos-saga-seer-of-wolves A roamer with gradually charging healing stones, a wall stun, very little damage, two-edged ult and almost a portal but I removed it for being too narrow in scope. Go figure. :p

It happens. There are 40 million players.

That.......... Isn't bard. The lore is connected, but none of the in-game things amount to him at all.

Think about it.. "He has long messy gray hair and a long gray beard. He wears heavy tattered robes to fight off the elements in his travels, and carries a gnarled walking stick. His shoes were worn out long ago from all the miles he treads, so he goes about barefoot with the soles of his feet wrapped in bandages." sounds a hell of a lot like bard to me.

The character listed is explicitly human. Bard is explicitly not. Their movesets do not allign in the slightest. This champeon is closer to zilean, working with a forgotten past.

because a few details are different but almost EVERY aspect of his general design is the exact same. Yea shit may not be worded or look the same but the champion concept came from that post if the guy/gal who developed bard seen it. You read the first few sentences and you can see ward gliding through the jungle picking up meaps

Every aspect of his design, ignoring his entire kit. He has a heal, that is the only kit similarity. Lore is somewhat similar, but again, the whole log lived mortal with memory issues is more of zileans territory.
