Is Riot Biased towards higher ranked players?

I'm a bronze player, I'll just put that out there. My summoners name use to be "Asexual Dweeb" because I have pride in my asexuality. My name was changed by Riot because it was "against rules and regulations". A couple of weeks later I see a summoner (not going to say who) but they were diamond ranked. Their summoners name had the word sex in it as plain as day. This made me think that either Riot hasn't seen his summoner name yet or they "let it slide" since he is diamond?

Up in Diamond people are much more relax. You must have just been reported enough by people in bronze that the automated system forced a name change

Yeah, there are people who have much more derogatory names. I don't agree that you should have been punished.

Inappropriate Name - Select this option if you see a Summoner name that is falsely indicative of an association with Riot Games, contains personally identifying information, infringes on the proprietary rights of third parties, or that is offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. This also applies if the name uses a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent this restriction on Summoner name choices.

I'm not sure how your name would, uh, break any of these rules. This is taken directly from Riot's article on what you can report a player for. The only part that I think you could possibly be reported for is sexually explicit, but ironically, isn't that the exact opposite of what your name was?
