LF ADC duo to climb thru gold

Gold 5 support main. I am mastery 5+ on ALL supports except Ornn (duh). I pick soraka most of the time unless i am given no choice (enemy team picks thresh, blitz, karma, etc) then i will most likely pick something like morgana, lulu, braum, or janna.

I hit gold 5 a couple months ago, and since then ive been scared to play ranked, not wanting to get demoted. i recently decided to grow a pair and continue climbing.
