[Character Concept] Acarnius; Dictator of Darkness. MUST SEE (EDITEDx2)

Lore: Acarnius was born and raised in the hellish city of Tornacura. His father, Abamiton, was the Leader of Hell at the time. Even though Acarnius was to be heir to the throne, his father wanted more. Acarnius was to be known as Ceaser of hell, from his father. Acarnius was forced to train every day of his life to find his unique skill that would give him the edge to control such a demonic place. By late 2034 when a war between Hell and Heaven broke loose, Acarius was seen as a 14 year old boy that found against the Angels. As the battle fought out, one of the Key pins of heaven, the Angel of Destiny, struck down Abamiton and spilled his blood in front of Acarnius. In raged, Acarnius drew from the shadows and ripped the soul and blood from the angel with his Dark Power. Acarnius slaughtered 4,986 Angels, and imprisoned 10,764. He was renowned King of Hell, but this wasn't enough for Acarnius. The counsel that shared apart of the power was overthrown by Acarnius himself, and he soon took the title "Dictator of Darkness". Acarnius build the strongest empire of any empire to ever exist in all realms. When news came to Acarnius that a new tournament featuring the strongest warriors from different worlds was to commence, Acarnius knew he had to put all these competitors to their place, and become, not just the Leader of the underworld, but the Ruler of Realms.


Acarnius is a Mage/Assasin, who shares a distinctive similarity with Brand. He is squishy early game, but can control the game, mid game(if used correctly), and Late game(depending on build). His two best items are Athene's Unholy Grailitem 3174, and Zhonya's Hourglassitem 3157, because he is strongly AP. His defense is low and focused on because he becomes uber powerful when fed, but can easily be shut down. His best mastery build would be 21/9/0.

Acarnius is a Male, 6'7, Fit individual.


Resource: "Dark Essence" 200(+5 per lvl) (For every bit of damage Acarius does with his basic attack, he gains +5-90 Dark Essence, which can be used to peruse abilities. His Dark Essence decay's little over time.)

Passive "Dictation": Acarnius Dictatorship of his army give him strength, for every Enemy Champion killed by Acarnius or his Ally Champs, he gains 3 ability power.


Basic attack: Acarinus throws a bolt of Darkness towards a targeted Enemy. Dealing 10(+ 8 per lvl)


Ability 'Q' "Unstable Rage": Acarnius becomes filled with brutal, yet unstable, rage. Acarnius gains 75% Crit chance, and Acarnius's next attack deals +30(+3 per lvl). Reducing the time on all debuffs placed on him for 5%.(Cool-down: 8 seconds)(Lasts 10 seconds, unless Acarnius attacks an enemy)(Dark Essence Cost: 10)(Ability type: Self induced)


Ability 'W'"Shadow Increment": Acarnius has a 48x48 radius to teleport himself to. When the area is selected, Acarnius dispersal and causes Dark mist you irradiate around his last location(for effect), the point at which Acarnius appears, causes Dark mist to irradiate around him(for effect) and stuns and enemy Champs, and creeps that are 10x10 radius around him for 3 seconds. Causes 10(+.4 per lvl) Magic Damage.(Cool-down: 12 seconds)(Dark Essence Cost: 45) (Ability type: Radial)


Ability 'E' "Soul Steal": Acarnius immobilizes himself, then slows the target, while pulling 65(480 when lvl 18) life, with his Dark Matter, from the enemy every 1 second for 3 seconds(can be disrupted if attacked). Causes 40(+1.3 per lvl) Magic Damage.(Cool-down: 10 second )(Dark Essence Cost: 55) (Ability type: Selected Target(In-Radius))


Ability 'R' "Prisoners of Hell": Acarnius immobilizes himself, and charges power for 1.5 seconds then creates a dark circle, with the diameter radius that of Kennen's Ult, that emits Dark Mist, or smoke, from the ground in different places. If an enemy Champion is in the area of the Ult, the Champ has a picture of Hands with Cuff's around them and gains 40% slowness. The Ult lasts for 8 second and cannot be disrupted. If while his ult is still in use, Acarnius has the option to Press 'R' again and select a enemy Champ that is inside of his ult area, if activated, Acarnius stops his Ult, charges Energy for 1.5 second, then teleports to the targeted champ, dealing 90(+0.6 per lvl) Magic Damage. Causes Dark Mist to shoot out around the targeted champ when Acarnius appears again for effect.(Cool-down: 90 second )(Dark Essence Cost: 125) (Ability type: Radial/Target Select(In-Radius))

uhhhh.. why does his q give so much crit? 75% is so much lol. might as well as adc then

his auto attacks are ridiculously weak, if i understand correctly, 5+(8xlevel). that means at level 1, you deal 13 damage with auto attacks lol.

I think your ult is a little bit too much like a support ult -> see Nami's tidal wave R.

But other than maybe one or two numbers the idea seems pretty solid. I really like the Passive, but it can get a little OP, especially in the late game since other champs will plateau out when the item slots run out but with every team fight Acarnius will get stronger and stronger. It's like an unlimited soulstealer with no penalty on death.

I'm glad you looked at the numbers, but there's still a few that seem too strong. That AoE 3 second stun in particular is really powerful. People complain about Fiddlestick's 3 second fear, but you've got an AoE one! Also, 15 seconds for that ult is probably too long. That should last about a whole team fight, which makes a section of the map completely untouchable for the enemy team and gives a huge advantage to your team. I know it has a fairly long channel to pull it off, but maybe consider shortening the channel to shorten the full duration of the ult? His passive is pretty strong too, considering that a lot of teams can easily get 40 kills or so within the course of a game giving Acarnius 400 AP.

Other than those things, he seems to be fine. I'm not sure why he gains crit chance though as an AP champ. He is supposed to be an mage type character, right?

i just think that the base damage is a little too low and 5 DAMAGE FOR AN AA like thats really not that much at all :/
