Masteries, Precision is actually not good at all!

So being the min/max person i am when it comes to playing league, i sat down and looked closely at "precision" which says "gain 0.6 + .06/level armor and magic pen"

At max level you gain 1.68 hybrid pen.... 1.68 pen is worth much less than 5% CDR...not only that its 5% + the cap is upped to 45%. at lv1 its only .66 pen, it will probably not even increase your damage by 1%.

Compare this to Piercing thoughts, piercing thoughts does 7% pen, so if someone has 100, it does 7 pen, most players will have at least 50 mid game so it does 3.5. If someone has 200 resistance than it becomes 14. Suddenly that 1.68 AT MAX LEVEL seems super abysmal. I feel that 5% flat CDR will have more impact than 1 armor pen.

The only time this mastery will be good is on a thunderlord yasuo....yasuo doesn't scale well with CDR at all so getting pen will be better
