Champion Select freezes causing me to dodge

So there is this really really terrible bug which is crippling my ability to climb ranked that will randomly freeze in champ select.

Basically the timer will sit at 0, but i can still chat and tell my team that my client messed up. This isn't even a "small bug" this is downright serious for the enjoyment of league. I lost a promotion series because i was 1win 1loss and my 3rd game froze so by default i lost.

I don't know what the trigger is for this, it just happened a second time today so i lost 10 LP and i have to wait 30 minutes to play another game.... The person in champ select didn't pick a preferred champ but i doubt thats the cause... The odds of it happening are roughly 10-20% so around 2 times out of 10 games...

My internet is fairly stable (it does have its 200ping moments but lately its been 40MS nearly every game. Im using a Cyberpower PC

So riot if you somehow get around to reading this, Either find a fix to this problem or at the very least find a way to prevent people who glitch from getting harsh penalties, especially promotion losses.
