Never for an ounce of time would I ever try to top a Riot Comment. Placement concerns, so I did not piggy back on another persons comment with the same trains of thoughts. {List below is linear to help save space}

I also know when reporting I might have been perfect, so I might offer feedback about my game in a contrast report. At least there could be comparison of evidence of the questionable behaviors to help with the review. Unless, they are solo, and their behaviors are Blatantly defining the need for me to adhere in accordance with the Summoner Code.
As a means with averages, maybe make a note of this occurrence being the (example 12th time this week, note)(then state the fact of the total amount you have calculated with your notes inside of reporting). Averages with frequency is a concern to address. Maybe possible for Riot to collect evidence of the frequency of the abusive behaviors; ~ in other words, the more reports which will flag you only in reporting conveys your officiating the specific report of questionable behavior for review when reporting out-of-bounds behaviors inside of League of Legends Games.
