1v2 + 1v1 + 2v1. and yes this matters, if you don't punish his cds or lock him down effectively when he's ahead of course you will lose. he is a very strong duelist, so continually dueling him isn't exactly your best course of action..
Nasus is supose to be op if there is no teemo bullying him the entire game
