Just call Comcast. Don't pity party all over the forums because you can't play the game.
When you call Comcast, check to see if you are getting the speed you're paying for. Test that on speedtest.net while you, or a guardian, idk.
If it's not the speed you're paying for, they will boost your internet up to what it's supposed to be.
if it's not that, you might have an outdated router. That's some trouble, because they will either force a new one down your throat and just charge you in your next bill, or they will make you hold for 2 days, send a guy out to your place a week later, and then give you the box later.
If the guy comes out, he might say that you asked for some other random services that Comcast provides, just deny it, everything they have is as bad as their internet.

Are you running on a laptop or desktop? Your wifi card/ether-net cable may be bad.
