Tribunal page update needed?

Since player moderation and manual review of cases now is done by internal teams at Riot, shouldn't this be changed at some point to say that the community Tribunal is now defunct? Or are there actual plans in the works to bring it back and reopen the community Tribunal? I mean, I get if Riot feels its resources are better diverted elsewhere, but seeing as it's been this way for a VERY long while now, it seems like it should've been updated to reflect the fact that it's closed seemingly for good. PS: I know this doesn't really matter at this point, but I guess it just very mildly annoys me....
