How to stop champion from attacking any target in range?

I just created a new account and I notice that some of the configurations are not the same as on my old account. There were many annoying ones but the most annoying is how my character starts attacking anything in range by itself. This doesn't happen on my old account. But it's been a long time so maybe they added something to help new players auto attack? Idk.. I tried finding a solution online. But they all said to press the "s" key. I don't want to press "s" every two seconds though... And I know there's a way to make it so that your character doesn't attack unless you actually click the target. (Because that's how it works on my old account). If anyone knows how than please post below. Thanks.
