Story Time with VelKozB about 7Wrath
Nobody probably knows about the context of which this thread will be entailing at the start. But, I am going to share with you a brief situation I am having with a teamspeak Admin.
First off, My name is VelKozB. I am a normal League of Legends player just like all of you- and sometimes(Most of the time) I like to hang with my friends on a teamspeak- full of plenty of people to talk and play with.
So the original dispute was with friends of mine- who happened to be accused of breaking rules.
Now, like most situations- what do you do when someone breaks the rules? You consult them, ask them to stop, demand them to stop, or enforce it by actions. Such as; a verbal warning, a temporary ban, or even a permanent ban.
The situation was about the rules on Avatars. The avatars my friends were using were SFW Avatars- which was completely fine. The rules were explained clearly, and even despite this. 3 of my friends were banned for 2 days for this.
I, and others took it upon ourselves to reach the Owner of the server Sarah Ashley. Who by no means did any wrong in this situation.
Eventually after ironing some ground rules- bans were lifted and no actions were to be taken. The owner-> THE OWNER of the teamspeak declared that the issue was to infringe no punishment and asked them not to use the avatars. The avatars were never to be seen again.
I, myself was not part of this dispute. I have had no warnings, no discussion, no dispute at all pertaining this event. I was simply in the room with my friends when they were banned randomly.
I was not banned. My avatar was still up- it wasn't wrong. I have had that avatar up for a while- incase you are wondering; it was an avatar actually showing the rules on what is allowed and not allowed for avatars. It was from the Moderation handbook itself.
So to sum my part- after we are in the teamspeak that we were previously wrongfully banned(not including myself, I was not banned) we went back to Absolute Gaming. We broke no further rules(Even though we have not already broken any, thus why we are on the server again.)
45 Minutes upon my rearrival the Admin 7Wrath took it upon himself to threaten me with a permanent ban without warning and removed my ability to have avatars. Upon asking him about this issue he took no time to justify his cause for removing my avatar specifically other than grouping me.
So that is the backstory of this dispute.
Ok, cool- but why did you tell us that?
5 Minutes after that conversation- I was banned without reason.
No consultation, no warning.
I was then followed onto another teamspeak where I just so happen to know that 7Wrath has the information to.
I was then DDOS'd and dropped connection. Upon being able to connect again, the people on the other teamspeak confirmed that it was only me that had connection issues.
