How About Some B Day Gifts Rito?

So today is my b day and i figured "hey why not try to make riot give out b day presents to others". When you go to sign up for a new account you have to put in your b day and all that. Since thats the case, Rito will know when its your b day. Just as a 'thanks for playing' or something like that, they should give out a gift of some sort. Now to prevent those people out there that would make fake accounts, Rito should only give out champions or skins. Maybe make it so that 1-2 days before the person's b day they could make a wish list and Riot could randomly select a champion, skin, ward skin, summoner icon, boost or even bundle based off of how the player's behavior is.
