Welp, since I can't post on GD anymore, hello Miscellaneous!

How fair does this particular board think it is to disallow people from posting until they're level 20, and disallow creating of topics until they're level 30?

It's obviously not fair at all, as it punishes a lot of people for things that they don't even do, but apparently knee-jerk reactions are the way things are done around here.

Anyone have any tips for jungling as Teemo? It's really hard...
