Download and patch installation

Is there an option to download the installation and patches to say a flash drive and then just load them on to a computer. I have a slow internet connection here so an initial download and install takes me like 3 days. If I could do it onto a flash drive somewhere with a faster connection and then just load it on my comp that would be perfect.
