I had to make that choice when Gnar came out. I ended up waiting and he'd been nerfed like 4 times already. I guess the question is how much do you value the fun of OP release champions?
ruin pages, sales only happen twice a year. kindred will be 6300 for a long time.
Kindred will probably go on sale in a month or two, Rune Page discounts don't happen as often.
