Drophacks are so easy to get now

Recently, I've been getting in games where people will go AFK mid-game and the enemy team is left 4v5. When it comes to it, the whole team then starts to DC, and the enemy team wins because of it. It has happened to me 3-4x now in the past week. When LizardSqaud DDOS, did it accidentally open'd some kinda of easy gateway for drop hacks? Or that the servers has become screwed up?
