Minion/Monster summoner icons and the new SR

With many of the jungle monsters changing and the minions getting an overhaul (even changing purple to red), I have the feeling new summoner icons are going to be made. If that's the case, all the old ones should be left as legacy icons for anyone who had an account before the SRU goes live. New players would only get the new icons for defaults. I don't want to give up my PCM!
