Some More Refund Tokens

I am sure that a majority of the community who play League of Legends have bought a skin that they thought they were going to enjoy, but have changed their minds since the purchase. Awhile back Riot gave their players 3 refund tokens to use at their disposal. That what a long time ago and many purchases ago. I know I would like to have a few more tokens to use as I have some skins that I do not like or just don't use. I feel that the league community would enjoy some re-dos on somethings. 3 more refund tokens I feel is enough.
