A certain Rioter's action is disgusting.

I am unable to name the Rioter whose action is disgusting. This is because of the Summoner's Code, which states that on the forums we aren't allowed to use "Naming and Blaming." I cannot call out on a certain player who uses drophacks, I cannot call out on a certain player that uses ghosting. Yet a certain Rioter is extensively naming a certain player and the actions they took against that player, reminding other players of their negative actions so the pain won't be forgotten. Isn't this completely hypocritical of your own rules? This Rioter is willing to universally ban the IP of a certain player for toxicity, yet refuses to ban those who show clear negativity and toxicity towards that player. There are people in that reddit thread talking about he's autistic or utter shit constantly. Isn't it just as bad that you are bringing up this specific case against him on social media? I'm not telling you to unban his account. I'm not saying his actions were right or wrong. However, when you smite him for what he's done, only to allow others to shit on him verbally and you refuse to smite them for doing the exact same negative "toxicity" that he has done, isn't that just plain bullshit? What if someone who says "go kill yourself" makes someone kill themselves, is it then that you will act and ban another player? Dear Certain Rioter, I'm not saying you're a bad person. But I am calling you out on this certain action, and if you want to justify this permaban by, and I quote, "his track record of extremely abusive behavior in and outside the game," surely allowing more hatred against him openly in the same post that you mention his banning, by refusing to smite abusive behavior before your very eyes and even inspiring this behavior by reminding everyone about it, your action in this case truly is disgusting. If you want to justify your actions, why not find the IP address of everyone who says a hateful comment towards that banned player, and ban them temporarily because they did the exact same thing you permabanned the player for? Otherwise, those actions truly are hypocritical and should be despised. If you're going to stop short, don't do the action at all. Either go all the way, or don't go at all.

This means nothing without context

Oh, so they didn't do anything wrong then. They followed the rules of the community they were posting in. Reddit has no rules about naming people like that, regardless of what the rules are here.

And yes, you could publicly call them out - on Reddit.

Every time I've seen a Riot mention a person about behavior it's because that player was posting in the forums/boards and demanding a Red response. That's not calling out a player. And most of the time that response is after that play has already posted enough material no one is surprised that the person was raging about a justified restriction/ban.
