Possibility for a Swain VU?

I'm well aware of who in this game seriously needs a VU (lookin at pizza-feet Taric among others...). But, with how they're advancing the Lore and game, I can only wonder if they intend to update champs based on their lore. As it is now, Swain doesn't really look like the Grand General of Noxus on his base skin. And while I love Tyrant Swain, I would assume that people would first want to buy a champ just based off their initial appearance, instead of buying them for a certain skin. Do you guys think a Swain VU could possibly happen in the future? My thoughts were that they could probably update his base to be more like Tyrant, while giving him a completely new skin (Gentleman Swain perhaps? I'm assuming Dragonmaster is still in the works as well).
