99% of the time I just say gj but just get 2 weeks account ban and lost silver reward

After last account ban, I decided be much more positive and just say gj 99% except I really have to communicate. I got to silver then just played unranked games. In a recent game I didn't play well in Jungle, people made fun of me being Chinese because I mentioned I am a Chinese and they said going to report me just because I played badly, then I submit support ticket to report them made racist joke about me. Base on what I see in elophant their accounts are fine, but my account got banned. I don't know how Riot can be this unfair. I made sure all my talks in games respect people and mainly just say gj after last ban, I got very racist offense and there were many words in the game log to prove it, but I am the one who gets account ban and lost silver award.

I hope Riot staff here can review my case again and hopefully revise the ban decision. I really just said gj 99% very positive to my team and respect people. Of course I do have emotion sometimes but still I respectfully talk.
