The twitter that is. I actually had one of them tell me the most simple obvious attempt at a solution that I clearly tried and even missread what I said. Now I have to wait another day for another probably equally as terrible response zzzzzzzzzz

It happens all the time sadly...I even submitted a ticket and had the person completely ignore a yes or no question and had to post a complaint on the boards to bring attention to it to get an answer. It's sad that their customer support can't be better
