Can we get player surveys?
My post got deleted for posting in the wrong area, ( I don't think it was for content, if so I won't post this again after the next deletion), if this is in the wrong area can it be moved appropriately?
Riot do not feel obligated to respond, but I hope you read this. I know personally I feel like I don't have a voice about the direction of the game, that many say they aren't going to do pbe because they feel their voice isn't heard. I feel like the game should have a system where u log in it prompts you to take a (short) survey, unless the individual either declines or responds in a way that he/she is choosing to make the survey longer, ie: writing paragraphs. The survey could be about a singular random chpion and his "health", quality of play, overall effectiveness, bugs, and entertainment. Although your individual player will not be 100% objective about all champions, if the the survey is about a random champion not just ones the community perceives to be god tier then u should be able to get useful feedback about current and long forgotten champions. This doesn't require u to take further or immediate action but gives u a clear idea of what your community as a whole feels about each individual champ. If u gave a survey every 24 hours like 1st victory of the day, and if chosen you could offer an incentive 50-100 IP per survey. I feel as if you then would at least have a significant pool of information beyond the forum player base, and if u choose to do something with that information so be it.
This could have positive results for more than balance, but bugs that need to be corrected, priority of what you guys do.
As a 3 year player (I know a lot have played longer than me) I'm finally getting to a point where the patch notes a read with a pit in my stomach wondering if my favorite champs are going to get "buffed" or if the top 6 banned are finally going to get nerfed. It doesn't feel right anymore to me. Veigar shouldn't get the Nerf bat before Lee sin. Ever. Under any circumstance. Ever.
Sorry I had to get the veigar thing out for a second there. Surveys are a good thing! It would also give u guys information to tell us why you will or won't Nerf/buff any champion.
