[IDEA] Adding a Dedicated Item/Champ Builder in League Client

I know there is already an item builder per se in the client, but it's more of an item folder. You pick the ones you want and it just makes it easier to get to when you are playing a game. Some people don't even use it and that's fine. I was hoping that maybe we could get an actual program where you can select a champ, and it gives his or her stats (per level or whatever), and you can put items into the machine and it will tell you the stats you get with the item, doing the calculations for you so you don't have to pull out a calculator (not that I do that xD often...)

I know a website like this exists, but it is not up to date, and it would be cool for it to be in the actual League client. A bonus would be if it ran during games, but I am not sure if people would consider that fair, or if it would make people take too long at the shops.
