Key Fragments need to be more frequent

Yes I know they become more rare throughout the month. And yes I know that @Riot has stated that it's suppose to work that way. But come on, I've won plenty of games with no key shard and getting boxes basically as soon as they are available. Just make it a set amount like every 3 or 4 wins you get a key fragment no matter what. Or just up the chances. I get that you still want to make money off of key and chest sales but you created this system to cater to people wanting free skins. But when it becomes so rare to ge, most people will just buy the skin they want rather than a key/chest. Especially for someone who owns all the champs (I know they plan on doing something to fix that). Just make keys more frequent and the Hextech system will be a smashing success.
