Is this a bug or New Gamemode: You decide

I was watching this video when I noticed something strange. Sona was getting support points for buffing her allied Katarina or Summoners Rift. A little confused i took a glace at the top of the screen there was the golden point star from Dominion. I then looked at the min map and saw 5 uncaptured points across the jungle just like in Dominion. Curious if this was just a bug or if this was a potential new gamemode coming out I made this post.

I thought it might be a gamemode until the end of the video when Sona recalls, the scoreboard turned back into normal SR.

Not sure which one it is, I'm hoping for a new gamemode but it most likley is a bug.
