Reported Because of Connection Complications or Faulty Startup

I have been reported last week because I disconnected. I wanted to fix my ping because it was at 500+. However, the game couldn't reconnect, so I had to restart. Unfortunately, the patcher won't launch and I had to reinstall the game. I come back to find out I'm on a warning. I vowed not to DC, by now I got disconnected again due to the loss of connection. Even the television had no signal. I hope I don't get banned for this. It wasn't my fault for disconnecting, and I didn't want to.

The guys I was with before my connection died are: CJ Entus HadLife (Jayce) KlumsyPenguin (Olaf) XierSR (Varus) LOCAP (Master Yi)

I know this because my game is still running, but I didn't close it. It's attempting to reconnect. Also I'm typing this through a cellphone.

Please, Riot. Don't ban me because of connection error.
