Issue with the new patch

SO i've been super pumped for patch 7.12, and the new cosmetics and the new honour system. So i updated this morning but there is no new honour system and the new skins are availble(locked) in champ select buy i can't find them in the store? Please help was there an issue with the patch or something? It seems like i got half a patch

They don't release everything at once even if it's in the patch. Expect announcements in the coming days about their release.
