Either Viktor's W needs to be buffed with shorter time before the stun hits or annie's stun effect needs a shorter duration, because as it stands annies over powered with that 5 sec stun and viktors underpowered with people being able to avoid getting stuned even with his W placed right on top of them, since every champion has a movement ability to escape, and the W is Viktors only means to pin a champion down so buff viktor or nerf annie, pick either or both but it needs to happen.

That makes absolutely no sense... should their AA ranges / Passives / abilities all match too so you just have one female champ and one male champ wtih the exact same abilities? Illogical post is illogical.

no talking about making them match im talking about 2 champs individually in the same post, saying Viktor needs a working or a buff, well at the same time annie's abilitys need tweaking or nerfing, cause like most ap champions they cant cause insane burst damage tell they have ap items, or untell they use their burst combos 4-5 times letting the damage stack up, but annie doesnt have to do any of that, i have seen her time and time agian throw a tibbers ult that stuns an enemy lets say for examples sake a lee sin and it takes him to half health with just that tibbers stun alone and shes a support annie with only boots and sightstone nothing else, and i take it personally that it needs nerfing to bring back down to the realm of actually needing skill to play.
