Will Super Galaxy Fizz, Kindred, and Shyvanna be discounted on release? I remember that Arcade Riven and the Project Skins were discounted on release. (technically not Project, but those are the only ones I can remember)

Not anymore, in about 4 to 6 months they will be up for a discount.
