Enemy Team Destroying Own Tower?!?![Game]

You know how there is an in game banner that announces everything? When you get a kill, it displays a portrait of your champion followed by the words "you have slain an enemy". When you destroy a tower, it shows your portrait followed by the words "enemy turret has been destroyed"

So I was playing this game as Vayne. My support and I destroyed the enemy's first tower, and somehow, it displays enemy ashe's portrait before "enemy turret has been destroyed", showing me and blitz's portraits as assisting the destruction of the turret (we didn't have an ashe on our team btw). Sadly, I do not have a screenshot of this. However, recently, I was watching Brofresco playing some league of legends, and the same bug appeared in his video as well, although I don't think he noticed it.

The enemy Warwick died, and then Brofresco's minions destroyed the tower. Then, the banner appeared, first with Warwick's portrait, then followed by the words "Enemy turret destroyed".
