What needs nerf's and what needs buffs

I feel like Sona could do with some sort of small buff. She is feeling a bit on the weak side at the moment.
PD has a bit of a weird issue. PD is amazing on duelists and that was how it was meant to be.
Champions that are amazing duelists benefit from the passive. Such as Yi and Yasuo. ADCs buy the item for crit and attack speed.
Honestly there needs to be more crit items in the game due to the lack of them. ADCs are fine but melee crit items are lacking.
Ever since they took the crit out of Trinity force, it isn't viable to build 100% crit.
Instead of nerfing PD, they need more items to fill its niche of a melee crit item.
