How to get a Job @ Riot???
Just as the title says, I would love to know some tips on how to be a better candidate to apply for a job @ Riot (do some volunteer job, whta kind of courses take and so).

There are a bunch of various jobs listed there, in different locations too. It differs quite a bit whether you to be a, let's say, Software Engineer, or a Sr Finance Manager. Look at the requirements and try to match them as much as possible. There are also internships on that site, maybe you want to do that.
Yet, there's only one magical solution to get into any job at Riot and I've already posted it.

DrCyanide1 votesWell, do whatever helps you match what it says they're looking for. They didn't just give the job requirements in each listing you know.
