Everytime I grab someone as a blitz and my adc kills that guy, someone says: "gj twitch, keep destroying bot lane"....
Whenever I get a kill and my supp says gj

"gj" should probably be considered spam because of how often I've used it.
I'm an ADC main. I've had some really bad supports... and some fantastic ones. When I hear, "GJ Nicole" and I know it was that awesome 
stun or 
hook that got me the kill, I always mention I couldn't have done it without my support. It may not be a duo lane but it is a lane that requires 110% teamwork between both players.
Support mains whining about ADCs. It is a duo lane down there, you should both cooperate.
Sadly this is true for most solo queue ADCs. You nearly kill yourself to make them able to get kills and protect them, you go back to heal up, and the ADC keeps playing like you were there, because he didint notice your work to keep him alive at all, thinking he just 1v2ed the enemys because hes awesome.
As a Support Main, I usually get a 'ty' now and again. Only if my ADC is fed will they bother to say "good job" to me. Only now and again will I get an ADC whom treats me like the 2nd best thing that came out of League lol.
As a support main, I push the definition of the role quite far: it's not strictly 'I start, you finish', but it's like an elegant tango. The only real difference between adc and support is the champion's and build's damage-armour/MR ratio and the support tending to possess some form of crowd control, among others.
