Rare/Old Skins

I don't know if i'm alone on this or not but it makes me sad (as a person who loves collectibles) that skins like UFO Rusty and winter games skins like Festival Whistler Village' Curling Vancouver are out of my grasp for what looks like forever. And you can get them from hextech crafting but that's pouring money into an unsure turnout, I'm well aware of why skins like Black And Victorious and soon to be can't and won't be available again but i'm not sure why the others ones aren't, i just wanted to see if anyone agreed, take care.

I have the opposite view. Re-releasing rare skins imo devalues them, and ruins their worth.

the only skins I'd consider rare there are ufo corki, black alistar, and rusty blitzcrank

the others can be mystery gifted

as for the victorious skins, just git gud

Victorious skins will never be made available to people outside of Gold and higher, so you're a bit out of luck.

The other skins though, Riot has been looking back at over time now as the player base has grown massively since the game launched and they are wanting some of these skins to be made more available. Festival Kassadin Whistler Village Twitch , Curling Veigar , Vancouver Amumu are actually available at certain times of year now as they are no-longer limited edition. They are also available through hextech crafting chests and mystery gifts.
