Tough day so far 2 games 4 hacks :(
Anti hack team is lagging behind. I've already recorded 4 hackers today I am sure I will get more as I have averaged more than 1 per game since 4.15

Just because they are beating you it doesn't make them hackers.
How can you tell if someone is hacking?
I've seen seeing a lot of players ignore abilities, and theirs do way more than they are supposed to recently. Like auto attacks hitting from off screen, being outside of an ability, but still getting hit (like far outside). Getting stunned by an ability that requires you to hit a wall to be stunned, with no wall near by. The list goes on.
I had a Riven gain hp while chasing me (singed) in my poison trail for 20 seconds. He said it's cause he had an hp going. Since when does a healing pot do more healing than Singed poison trail with over 100 ap? He never shielded, never hit me, had no lifesteal, and just chased. Healed up from about 30% hp to 80%. That same Riven, killed me with his Ult, when the Ult was a good half a screen away from me and didn't touch me.
These occurrences are more common than the general public would like to believe.

Okay, if you encountered 1-2 hackers once in a blue moon, I would be more inclined to believe you, because I know that there are hackers in this game. However, you made the claim that you encountered, on average, more than 1 hacker per game since patch 4.15, so now I'm fairly certain you are just full of it and want to blame your losses on someone else hacking, probably because you just can't stand the idea of someone else being more skilled at the game then you are.
well with the way the game is set up its pretty hard to do that especially with riot's spaghetti code js. and then if they do manage to hack it they usually get slammed with a ban asap
But are they actually hackers or are they just "hackers"?
You'd be a lot more believable if you posted the recording of these supposed hackers
