Whenever I try to help, i always get reported and punished. I often play with lower and less skilled people so I tell them "Try building this, it will give you more survivability" or "Max your q first because it will give more damage" you get the deal. I'm always report for being toxic and flaming and I'm continuously chat restricted. I've even gotten BANNED for weeks at a time. This game is fun and all but the system's gotta change. Report doesn't equal punishment sir. Chat logs are reviewable. If you believe you were unjustly suspended, you really should be doing a support ticket.
If you've been BANNED for weeks, I think there's more to what you're saying than "Try building this, it will give you more survivabiliy", but no system is completely flawless... so as Arliden said, if you think it wasn't warranted, send a support ticket and politely request chat logs. Make sure you request chat logs though so you can actually see WHAT you said so you can know what to avoid in the future and so you can more easily defend yourself.
