How do you know that it's Riot employees downvoting the posts? There's no way to check who upvotes/downvotes a post.

The boards don't change anything about that, though. Only a tiny fraction of the community ever participates in the boards, and oftentimes it's the loud minority that does so it isn't a good representation of the community anyway. Riot gains nothing from vote padding, especially since the boards community is pretty much on top of downvoting angry uninformed rants from toxic players anyway.

Don't worry I'll be pulling up Riots Glassdoor reviews and BBB reviews shortly and post them on here so people can judge for themselves if Riot acts shady or not. If they discriminate or not. If they are sexist and racist or not.

I honestly feel bad for all the woman that have to work in Riots nasty environment. I can only imagine my heart goes out to them mostly.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP: there is a ridiculous level of cronyism, politics, backstabbing, ineptitude and lack of strategy at a senior and executive level. The execs strive to promote a Netflix-type culture, but they have surrounded themselves with a bunch of yes-men who seem largely exempt from those expectations. Beware of the “boys club” - they are NOT fond of critical feedback.
