We need animated portraits!

Come on riot, we need animated Champion portraits. Pretty much every other Moba has them, Dota2, HOTS, we're fallin' behind here. Animated portraits just make your champion feel...well much more alive. Makes it nicer, and prettier, the artwork is nice and all, but it will never beat animated. I didn't really know what board to put this under, so i just closed my eyes and picked one.

Kidding, kidding, but in all serious I did not know which one to put it under, so I chose the one that made the most since...I hope.
