Merch store

I bought a gift for my brother from the merch store 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. When I track the order it says it's still processing but again it's been 2 weeks when the store claims it should only take 1-2 days. I tried using the contact us link but again it's been a few days and still no response. This is ridiculous and now I'm sure that I won't have my gift in time for Christmas and I won't see him for a while after. Any comment by a riot employee would be appreciated at this time.
