Riot never has, never will, and strictly forbids any modification of LP or promotional series. Under no circumstance will riot ever "refund" or "restore" LP to a specific amount. Unfortunately it's just the way it is to prevent abuse (everybody asking riot for small boost and to remove LP/MMR from being an editable element to deny hackers/boosters that power).
