reported just cause you don't like some one

can i be punished i keep getting warnings for my behavior and yet i am not doing any thing wrong. i might at times lash back out at trolls but some games i say nothing and i still get a warning . if so what do i do if this is the case it isnt right and i hope false reports lead to perma bans
