Help: Cheapest PC to run LoL smoothly?

I live my life on my tablet - and while I could just play Mobile Legends... I've got skins and what-not on League. I miss them! My main issue is that I haven't bought a PC or laptop in... a millennia.

So, wisest of the R$ft: how many bones do I need for your suggested who-haw?

I dream of the $5 PC - but I don't know nothing 'bout birthing no pay-says.
