yes, because we all live and serve our mighty ADC overlords that feed 0/6 by 10 minutes, calling us to them while we are dealing with something important or its impossible for us to get to them
oh, then there are the people who have no idea how long some cooldowns are, like the 90+ second cooldown of heal, the typical 10+ seconds for an ability heal (not everyone is soraka or sona)
